Reward points redemption will be issued in the form of a coupon code.
When you want to redeem your points, please email us at help@lemelior.com with the subject “Redeem Points” and specify the number of points you would like to redeem.
We will then deduct the points from your points balance and issue a coupon code that is equivalent to the reward value for you to use toward your next purchase. Please note that once we confirm the points deduction and issue the code, it cannot be reversed.
The coupon code will only be available for 1 month from the date it is issued so please be sure to use the code within 1 month, otherwise it will expire and the points cannot be restored.
To use the coupon code, please input the code into the Discount Code field on the checkout page and the reward value will be deducted from your total order amount.
